Thank you to everyone who reads, likes, comments and follows this blog! The appreciation you’ve shown inspires me and fills me with the warm fuzzies.
The sole purpose for creating each post is fun. Fun to create and hopefully fun to read. Moreover, experiencing the joy in seeing what happens when one allows an idea to grow on its own.
Picasso said, “I begin with an idea and then it begins something else.” Every post in some way follows this quote.
So, each post has its infancy in doodles, scribbles and sketches.
Then, the big question arises, “What if I try this?”
Consequently, the fun leads the blog in several directions-fiction, poetry, recipes, narratives of real events. And that’s Ok.
Two of the greatest albums in rock history, “Physical Graffiti” and “London Calling,” wrote songs in multiple genres.
As a result, Led Zeppelin and The Clash seamlessly incorporated blues, funk, ska, reggae, and rockabilly into a mish mash of musical fun.
And, that’s another fun part in doing the blog. Taking a cue from the rock legends, utilizing a hodge podge of styles to reflect a particular moment.
So, once again, you have my utmost gratitude. I hope to keep posting interesting material with the intention of fun for everybody.
